Madeleines with orange
Our friend Ana from @piyirecipes brings us a brutal sweet, very easy to make and delicious.
For those who don't know, madeleines are a typical French shell-shaped sweet🐚 very fluffy and with an incredible orange aroma thanks to the olive oil that we used for the recipe.
-INGREDIENTS-(25 units)
-150g pastry flour
-90 g olive oil with orange 1490
-100g sugar
-2 eggs
-70g milk
-zest of 1 orange
-1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
-Chocolate to melt (optional)
📝 RECIPE
1️.Preheat the oven to 180º.
2️.In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the sugar until a white foam begins to appear. It can be done by hand but if we prefer with a robot.
3️. Add the oil, milk and zest and beat a little more until everything is integrated.
4️. Little by little we are incorporating the flour and the sifted yeast. We remove well
5️. We grease our special madeleines mold with a little oil, and distribute the mixture being careful not to fill it to the edge, which then rises.
6️. Bake for 15 minutes at 180º.
7️.We unmold, let cool and decorate to our liking. I have melted a little chocolate and I have dipped the ends of some madeleines.
Chocolate and orange is a delicacy!🍫🍊
