- HOW TO SHOP AT 1490 DECO & DELI STORE
How can I make a request?
Our store is clearly divided into two sections: Deco, where you will find our ceramics and articles made with Olive wood, and Deli, where you will find our exquisite gastronomic products.
To start your order you just have to click on the product that interests you and click on “add to cart”:
- If the product is in stock, it will be added immediately.
- If the product does not have stock on time, you will have the option to "pre-book" (in this case it is products that are manufactured on demand, or that have been momentarily out of stock).
If you want more units of the same product, select the amount you want. You will be able to see the products that you have been adding and modify your cart while you continue browsing our website.
Once you have finished selecting all the products you want to add to your basket, you will have to click on the "Cart" (upper right) and then click on "Finish purchase" to complete the order.
A screen will appear with your detailed order and you will have to click on "place order" to continue with the purchase.
Once on the “Checkout” screen, if you have a discount coupon, you can apply it by entering the code and clicking on “Apply coupon”. Next you will have to add the billing and shipping information, choose the free transport (if the order exceeds the indicated amount) and the payment method.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming it* and an SMS to the mobile phone that you have indicated in your billing information, both when the order is placed and when it is completed**.
*It is possible that if your account is Hotmail, you will not receive a confirmation email from our intranet. In this case, we have a double check with the SMS that will reach your mobile.
**A completed order is one that has already been picked up by our transport agency and is on its way to its destination.
Remember that if you have requested a product that needs cold storage, we will send it in a special transport.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order is "pending" or "processing" you can modify or cancel it by contacting Customer Service, either by email (info@1490.es), as well as through our WhatsApp 647 93 73 70, from Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.).
If your order is in "complete" status, it will not be possible to modify or cancel it.

RETURNS
Can I make a change or return of an order placed through the web?
At 1490 Deco & Deli we want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase. For this reason, we check any possible existing defect in the products supplied to our customers.
You have to know that the ceramics are painted by hand, one by one, by our artisans, and the colors may differ from one piece to another. They are not products made on assembly lines, identical to each other, so they may vary slightly from the product photo that appears on the web.
All products are carefully packed and shipped in excellent condition. However, if your order contains a damaged item or there has been any error, you can, within 24 hours of receiving the order, notify us by calling 647 93 73 70, or by email atinfo@1490.es about the incident, in order to be able to replace or pay said item as soon as possible.
When the delivery of your order is made, you must check that everything is as requested. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, indicate it on the delivery note that the carrier will give you. Orders placed through the web cannot be returned or exchanged at 1490 Deco & Deli stores or associated corners.

Where can I receive my orders?
Your orders will be sent to the delivery address that you entered when creating your account, so it is important that you pay attention when filling in this information.
Your billing address and your delivery address may be different: you have the option, before finalizing the purchase, to send it to a different address by clicking on "Send to a different address?".
What are the delivery times and costs?
We ship to all of Spain except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, as well as to the countries of the European Union.
Orders placed and paid before 2:00 p.m. will be processed that same day if it is working. If the order is placed after 2:00 p.m., or on a non-working day, it will be processed the next working day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Processed order is understood as when it has been delivered to the carrier, at which time the transport time begins to count.
Peninsular shipping and the Balearic Islands.
- Transport company: Según conveniencia.
- Shipping time: 1-2 business days if all products are in stock. In case there is any pre-reserved product, the complete order will be sent when said product or products are in stock.
- Shipping cost: 6,30 € for orders
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from Correos Express with the tracking number, with which you can control your order in real time, being able to manage the delivery on said platform.
European Union shipping.
- Transport company: According to convenience.
- Shipping time: 5-9 business days if all products are in stock. In case there is any pre-reserved product, the complete order will be sent when said product or products are in stock.
- Our associated platforms will send you your tracking number, with which you can control your order at all times.
Refrigerated Orders*
- Transport company: Integra2
- Shipping time: 2-3 business days if all products are in stock. In case there is any pre-reserved product, the complete order will be sent when said product or products are in stock.
- Shipping cost: €10 for orders over €80, the shipping cost is free.
*We do not ship refrigerated orders outside the Iberian Peninsula.
Rest of the world
If you are interested in any of our products and want to send them to a different part of Spain or Europe, contact us by email atinfo@1490.esand we will study each situation in particular, according to the products and associated tariffs of the country of destination.
Standard shipping times: Delivery in 1-2 business days*
If all the items ordered are in stock on our page and are made before 2:00 p.m., you will receive it within 1-2 working days from the order processing (the order processing is when the transport company collects from our facilities your order). If there are one or several pre-reserved products, the entire order will be shipped when said product is in stock, and may take from 3 to 15 days.
In periods in which we have a high volume of orders, such as sales, Black Friday, promotions and/or holidays, the delivery time may be affected.
Refrigerated Shipping, like shipping through Express Mail, is for orders destined for Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands.
*Guaranteed shipping time for products that are in stock and delivered in mainland Spain.

What is the payment method to make my purchases through the web?
You can pay through different modalities:
- Secure payment with credit/debit card: we accept VISA, Master Card and Maestro cards.
- Paypal
Do we use secure payment systems?
Yes, we use secure payment systems. The confidential details of the credit or debit card payment are transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the financial institution.
When making the payment through a secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. It will then connect with the issuing bank, which will request the authentication and authorization of the operation.
How can I get an invoice?
You will receive your invoice automatically when placing your order. If you need to modify the data or have not received it, please contactadministracion@1490.es
Aware of the environment and the indiscriminate felling of trees, we do not send a copy of the paper invoice in orders, but if you need it physically, just tell us and we will send it to the address you indicate.

How can I make a gift?
- Visit our Gifts section and choose from a large selection of boxes and baskets already made.
- In the event that the order is a gift for another person, you can send it to the address of your choice. To do this, once you place the order, fill in all the shipping information that appears with the details of the person you want to receive it.
