The Cordovan chef Kisko García, holder of a Michelin star, and the company 1490 Deco&Deli Concept have joined forces to launch a new and exclusive olive oil on the market, under the name of Kisko was 1490, a "unique" and "singular" product of the highest culinary level, since this oil is a cutting of Pajarera, Arbosana and Hojiblanca varieties, which have been personally selected by the chef, achieving a "spectacular oil for the most demanding palates".
As reported Choco Restaurant (Kisko García) and 1490 Deco&Deli Concept, the oil was presented at the end of February at Gulfood, the most important international food and beverage fair in the world, which took place in Dubai.

For their part, the founders of 1490 Deco&Deli Concept, Jose Miguel Sanchez de Puerta and Pedro López Arranz, have explained that the oil container is handcrafted in porcelain and is inspired by the details of the Choco Restaurant, "with a color that reminds us of those old red clay amphorae with an elegant touch, as if It was a treasure that had been wanting to be discovered for years".
