Back in 1700, the Cabildo de Córdoba decided to repopulate the province of Córdoba and offered French and German migrants the possibility of coming to live in our province, offering them cows, goats and some land to make their new homes.
They came and applied their old recipes and ways of making cheese that, generation after generation, evolved to give rise to a unique recipe awarded with several gold awards for best goat cheese in the world.
